Request a refund
Four short steps. The form asks only for what we need to find your purchase and understand what went wrong, then hands you a finished email to send. Read the refund policy first: it says what the 14-day refund covers.
If the form does not appear
It puts your request together in your browser and needs JavaScript to do it. Without it, write to hello@getdropdown.app instead, from the address you bought with, and include your name and country, your plan, your license key (or that it never arrived), the purchase date and what went wrong, with your Mac and its macOS version for a technical problem.
One step left: send the email
Your mail app should be opening with the request filled in. Check it over and press Send, from the address you bought with if you can, so we can match it to the order. Nothing reaches us until you do.
Your request is too long to fill in for you, so your mail app should be opening an empty message to hello@getdropdown.app. The request is on your clipboard: paste it inCopy the request below, paste it in and press Send. Nothing reaches us until you do.
Nothing opened? Copy the request and send it to hello@getdropdown.app from any mail service. If you saved a report from Settings › About › Save Diagnostics Report…, attach it to the email. It never contains your license key.
We read every request ourselves.
